Personal Training with MooreFitness is the conveient way of improving your health and wellbeing and acheivieing you fitness goals based around the time available to you.  Whether your aim is to acheieve a certain look or desired weight loss or improve on a sports speific level. Every session is specifically planned.

Not only can you choose when your sessions take place but also where.

At home, if you are pushed for time or new o exercise,if you are a little self conscious about exercing in public or at a gym or just simply you find itr hard to get motivated.  I will be thier at the arranged time with all the equipment necessary to met your goals.

Why not make the most of whats on your doorstep and help with motivation by changing the location every workout. Its a great way to exercise and explore by heading to a local park or wood. Ideal if you want to escape the house or if space is limited.

Individual sessions are a great way to give your current training a boost. They can be used to be pushed a little further, to learn a few new techniques, update your current plan or to just discuss how to get the most from your spare time.

Block bookings are perfect to get on top of all aspects of your health and fitness. Each session gives you a specific workout tailored to your goals aswell as time to evolve your training into a perfect weekly routine plus at the same time offering you a reduced cost per session.

Individual sessions £45

4 sessions  £160 (£40 per session)

8 sessions  £300 (£37.50 per session)
