GroupFit

Groupfit is a great way of getting a group of friends or family together to create your own "bootcamp" style session.

The perfect thing about this is that you can make it specific to your fitness goals. It may include training for a particular sport or event in a particular time frame. 

With the additional benefit of choosing the time and location of your Groupfit class there is really no excuse you will not achieve your goals. 

Each member of the Groupfit session will receive full nutrition and exercise programme.

Case Study

After years of poor diet and little exercise, Ben got in contact with me about personal training. With a full time job and two young children he was finding it hard to get motivated into making the right changes.

After the 2 month training programme which included 2 PT sessions + 1 bootcamp a week, Ben lost over a stone and more importantly felt fitter and healthier.

Cost

With Groupfit you divide the cost of the session between your friends and family. Meaning the more people you get involved the cheaper it gets. Also greater the chance you will stick to the plan and achieve your goals.

Individual sessions:

2 people £25 each

3 people £20 each

4 people £18.75 each

There is no limit to the number of people that can be involved within your session with greater discounts for larger groups and block bookings.
