Hi I’m Colin Moore of MooreFitness. I’ve been a fitness professional for over 12 years. Over this time I have created my 3 core training sessions - TRAINING, BOOTCAMP, and GROUPFIT.
I’ve developed these sessions to fit in with people’s busy life styles and budgets.

Currently our Bootcamp sessions are held in and around the Sidcup, Kent area but Personal Training spans across Kent.

Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle or improve fitness level (or all 3!), my 13 years of experience will provide you with a fantastic personalised, one-to-one workouts and nutritional food plans plus all the knowledge, support and motivation you need to succeed.

The group sessions are a friendly and a welcoming place with a real mix of abilities. Everybody encourages and supports one another – we work hard but have fun.
